Model Numbers Explained
The basic difference between our models is the physical size. Our model numbers show the conveyor belt width and bake chamber length.

The first two digits, 32, indicate the belt width is 32 inches.
The last digits, 55, for example, indicate that the bake chamber length, or the distance from left to right of the sheet metal cabinet itself, is 55 inches.
A "TS" designation indicates the model is triple stackable.

Most Important Considerations
The two most important considerations in determining which XLT Oven best fits your needs are:

The amount of floor space available
The anticipated hourly production required.

XLT 1832-TS Ovens

This new oven is the smallest in the series. It is a single burner model that has an 18" wide belt and a 32" long bake chamber. It is typically used for lower production in single or double stack configurations.

XLT 2440-TS Ovens

Another new model similar to the 1832, but a little bigger, this oven is also typically used in single or double stack configurations.

XLT 3240-TS Ovens

This single burner oven is typically used double or triple stacked in places where space is at a premium.

XLT 3255-TS Ovens

The is the largest single burner model we make. This is the workhorse of the series: simple, reliable, and affordable!

XLT 3270-TS Ovens

The is our original large capacity oven. It is a dual burner model that can have two different heating zones.

XLT 3870-TS Ovens

This oven is the newest and biggest XLT oven available. It is also a dual burner model like the 3270, but with a wider 38" belt. That adds up to 19% additional capacity, yet it retains a space footprint that is the same as comparable brands with 32" wide belts.

Accessories/Options
All models are available with options and accessories. Split belt conveyors, front panels with or without sandwich windows, and take-off tables are just a few of those available.
